Today's tip is for creating a spectacular table setting (whether as a centerpiece or decoration on a sweet display table) for your next celebration.
I absolutely love the vintage, old-fashioned classic style of milk glass. Therefore, I have taken a liking to using vintage milk glass vases when designing some of my events!
Don't be afraid to use a variety of sizes and shapes.
I prefer to fill each vase with a single type of flower, and love to have all vases feature the same color flowers, in varying shades.
(extra tip: Notice the old fashioned taffy wands featured in vintage picture frames--vintage frames make fabulous trays or displays for your sweet table!)
Love the milk vases. So delicate and pretty.
ReplyDeleteThese are great. They really let the flowers take center stage, but are still elegant and pretty.

My grandmother had quite a bit of milk glass...she passed away and my mother got all of them...due to special circumstances in her life right now she has to sell all of the pieces. Is there a particular website people can go to shop for milk glass? This is a difficult time and I don't want her to have to try to sell them to anitque stores. Can you help us?
