Kate Landers Events, LLC {Thursday Treasures}

Thrilled it's Thursday! I am very excited about this week's parties, people and sites featured in today's {Thursday Treasures}.

{Real Parties}

There have been a lot of fabulous parties submitted lately over to Stylish Children's Parties. And as promised, I am going to feature some boy parties for you this week!

Firetruck Dessert Table

Katena designed the amazing cake, cupcakes and even the tiered stand featured for her son Oliver's 4th Birthday. Check out the details here!

Beach-Themed First Birthday

Carina sent in some great photos of her son Ethan's first birthday party, with a beach theme. We designed her custom party hat for Ethan, and she was nothing but a delight to work with! I can't stop drooling over this amazing birthday cake!

For more party pictures, see the feature here.

Construction Birthday Party & Mad Scientist Birthday Party

Christine submitted an outstanding mad scientist party for her daughter (which I think works so well for a boy or girl, so I am featuring it here too!), and while checking out her blog, I discovered her amazing construction themed birthday party.

You will not want to miss the incredible photos and details of each of these parties! To see more of the construction party, visit here.

To see more of this amazing mad scientist party, hop over here.

There have been some terrific new girl parties posted on Stylish Children's Parties as well, so be sure to check them out if you are in need of inspiration! I couldn't resist sharing with you here one that particularly stood out to me.

A Secret Garden Party

Mandy blew me away with the beauty, sweetness, and purity of this second birthday party she threw for her daughter.

I will share with you just some of my favorite images, but I greatly encourage you to hop over to the full feature here.

{Inspirational Women To Watch}

Emily June, June Lily Studio

Emily June is the brilliant designer who re-created my blog for me in the most beautiful way. It was such a tremendous joy to work with her every single step of the way, I felt compelled to share with you not only what an incredibly talented young lady she is, but also what a lovely and gracious one she is, too.

Emily started out designing blogs and websites over five years ago, as a hobby! As her number of referrals grew she realized that she could turn her passion into a business, and she has done just that. She recently launching June Lily Studio, where you will find beautiful examples of her work. Emily loves a challenge, and truly enjoys working with her clients from all over the world.

A fabulous project Emily is working on is a line of incredibly stylish and charming pre-made website templates for blogger and wordpress (launching on her website in the coming weeks!)! Her goal is to offer cute templates for those who need something quickly, as her waiting list for custom design is growing rapidly. What a lovely way Emily is helping others with fabulous design--such an innovative direction for her business, I can't wait to see what she comes up with!

Emily also greatly values her family. She is head over heels for her husband and two boys, ages 3 years and 9 months. A talented pianist and gardener, Emily has a gift for balancing the many loves in her life. She raves about their three zebra finches so sing beautifully all day long.

Are you looking to re-design your blog? Emily offers some great advice. The more you know what you like, the easier the process will be. She has a fabulous starter guide on her site, I highly recommend you check it out!

Kelly Lyden not only has the fabulous website The Party Dress, full of amazing inspiration for all sorts of celebrations, but she is also a talented graphic designer who has recently launched her own line of invitations and custom party products in her own online shoppe, fittingly called The Well-Heeled Hostess.

You may have seen Kelly's work featured in parties she has helped style and design across many great party blogs and sites, such as The Hostess With The Mostess. You may also recognize her from Project Nursery, as she is one of the terrific contributors there.

I wanted to introduce you to Kelly because she is highly-motivated, and shows that you can apply your talents across the board. Rather than sticking to just sharing great eye candy on The Party Dress, Kelly took the big leap and innovated her business into creating custom inspiration boards (making her passion, profitable). As if that wasn't enough, she took her graphic design talents and launched her own line of products, and sneak previews show she has some fabulous designs coming out for fall parties and holiday cards! I think we will be seeing a lot more from Kelly, and I hope you find her as a source of inspiration as I have!

There is another amazing, inspiring woman I can't wait to feature, but after featuring these two lovely ladies, I am going to wait and give her her very own post.

{Sites To See}

By now you are probably tired of reading, but I couldn't go without sharing with you a couple terrific sites that I suggest you take a look at and enjoy, if you haven't already.

The first is Style Me Gorgeous. Fellow Design Dazzle Contributor Sarah has the absolute most delightful shoppe and blog.

Her sense of style is nothing short of gorgeous, therefore I couldn't find her business name more fitting. Sarah--your work inspires me! I look forward to doing a feature on Sarah in the future.

But for now--head over to her site to see her amazing drool-worthy designs. I promise, she will not disappoint.

I was literally saying to myself  "Hip HIP Hooray" when I found this darling blog. I think you will too. Utterly charming, and full of sweet party inspiration. Hop on over and check it out!

Thank you for reading this week's {Thursday Treasures}. Please feel free to leave any kind words you have about any of the parties, sites or people you have seen featured today!
