Kate Landers Events, LLC, Sea-Inspired Sweets {Special Feature} Part II

These sea-inspired sweets just don't stop inspiring me. I enjoy gazing at them and am in awe of the magnificent creativity of those who created them!

I highly recommend you take a closer look at the remaining sea-inspired sweet designers who created goodies for my Mystical Mermaid Party dessert table.

{Sweet Bouquet}

The coral sea anemone cupcake toppers by Olga of Sweet Bouquet are nothing short of extraordinary. They were the most intense pop of color, and yet one of the tiniest sweets on the entire table!

Each and every one, edible of course, was perfectly formed, and sat atop miniature cream-cheese frosted carrot cupcakes in a dainty fashion.

They were used on top of the spectacular Rosanna, Inc, white Dauphine candlesticks from Layla Grayce, as well as scattered on the tabletop of the dessert table, to resemble anemones popping up on the ocean floor.

I would greatly recommend working with Olga of Sweet Bouquet to create spectacular sweets for your next event!

{SweetLeslie540, aka "Leslie's Likeables"}

Leslie of SweetLeslie540 is truly likeable herself, just as her products are. She was lovely to work with, and created beautiful sea-inspired sweets for our Mystical Mermaid Party dessert table.

One of my favorites are the beautiful pearlized pink chocolate seahorse lollipops, each adorned with sugar pearls. They are fragile, delicate treats but absolutely stunning in person, and add great height to your dessert table!

Leslie also created the amazing "mermaid delights", which was a beautiful large variety of pink and white pearlized chocolate seashells, starfish and mini seahorses too!

Here's a closer look at the sweets...

I should also point out that Leslie is the one who mentioned the idea of using raw sugar for sand! Brilliant Les! And she also sent us a gorgeous seashell box made entirely of chocolate (would be the PERFECT party favor or cake topper) and a sweet pair of flip flop lollipops too! Leslie's creations truly are likeable, and I definitely recommend SweetLeslie540's sweets for your sea-inspired party, or other event (as she does, of course, create items that pertain to events other than a mermaid one!)

{Nothing Bakes Like A Parrott}

I was in awe when I first discovered NBLAB, blown away by her edible sea glass!! Having loved sea glass for years (we hunt for it every summer and winter, and have decorated our home with it), I hadn't even imagined that you could make a version so sweet and beautiful to eat!

She created the most beautiful coral pink, cream and caramel colored sea glass, and oh my, how realistic it looks!!!! This is over a pound, and it was plenty for a very tall clear glass apothecary-style jar!

I would recommend this treat for adults only, as it does have sharp edges (think of a broken piece of hard candy or lollipop), but seeing as how there are always adults at the children's parties I design, it is perfect!

NBLAP is also a true delight to work with, willing to go above and beyond to get you your order and make it perfect!

......last, but certainly not least, is.....

{Bee's Knees Creative}

I could go on and on about how extraordinary Renee from Bee's Knees Creative is. You would be blown away by her brilliant work. She created the spectacular mini starfish cookie wands, the seahorse, starfish, scallop shell and sand dollar frosted cookies. Each one had a pearlized dusting on top, matching the theme and table perfect.

She also was able to take my descriptions and turn them into beautiful, edible works of art!

The tiny starfish wands look precious and make perfect bite-size favors!

I know there are many brilliant cookie designers out there, but I must say that I am incredibly particular, and Renee has always exceeded my greatest expectations. I recommend Bees Knees Creative so highly, I could sing her praises all day!

She also was the mastermind behind my darling fan cookies and truffles from my Marie Antoinette-inspired party.

Oh, the cake truffles....

A special, special thank you again to each and every fabulous designer who helped create this extraordinary sea-inspired dessert table for the Mystical Mermaid Party. Your work inspires me more than you know.

Kate, this is the most AMAZING party I've ever seen! I think I've looked at and re-read the party details atleast 5 times and keep discovering new things I missed. I love the tiny details, and the uniqueness of this design, you can tell you put your heart and sole into this party. It must have taken AGES to design.
Am very impressed, and completely smitten.
cheers,
Leoni
